Ban to Keep Islamic Terrorist Out: Effective or Not?
On January 27th, 2017, President Trump issued an executive order, banning travel from muslim-majority countries. These countries include Yemen, Syria, Sudan, Libya, Iraq, Iran and Somalia. Around the US, people from these seven nations were temporarily detained at airports, due to the lack of a policy agenda. Many of these people had legal visas or green cards, but the executive order from Trump did not state any specifics regarding how airports should handle the situation. Homeland Security
