Hello, West Boca Seniors! Grad Bash is coming up soon. 

Here are some things you should know.

We will be leaving for Universal on April 25, 2025 2:00 pm, but you must be here, at the school, at 1:00 pm. We will return at 6:00 am the following day. You must bring the permission slip to room 4-211, Mrs. Graham’s classroom. She will only see you during lunch. If you don’t have a permission slip yet, you can get one at Student Services, the front office, and Guidance. When you submit your permission slip you will be able to pick what bus you wish to go on. It is best to get your permission slip in as soon as possible so that you’ll be able to pick the same bus as your friends. You are required to take the bus, you are not allowed to drive yourself. 

You will receive a solid color wristband and you should take a picture of your ticket as soon as you receive it so that just in case you lose it you will at least have a photo of it. You cannot use any annual passes to gain access to grad bash. A grad bash ticket is a hard-ticketed event and is bought separately. If you are on any prescription medication, you must bring your medicine in its original prescription container and only the dose that you will need during your visit is allowed. Your name must be printed on the label of the prescription bottle and you must bring a valid ID. You are allowed to bring inhalers, EpiPens, insulin, and any other needed medication, but proper prescription documents are required. 

Grad Bash has a strict dress code that you are required to follow, if you do not follow the dress code you could be denied access to the park. Staff members at our school will check what you are wearing to make sure it is appropriate for the park. You are allowed to wear jeans, leggings, running shorts, shorts that are mid-length, tennis shoes, dress sandals, boots, flip flops, full length shirts, and shirt sleeves that must be 3 inches wide. Bags and purses must be no bigger than half a sheet of paper ( 8.5 x 5.5 inches). Drawstring bags and jackets are allowed. 

You are NOT allowed to wear crop tops, spaghetti straps, tube tops, tops that show too much cleavage, spandex bodysuits, clothing with excessive holes or shredding, clothing with offensive language or graphics, clothing with area codes, tight clothing, mini skirts or midriff, jerseys, clothing representing a school (includes colleges), or anything that reveals your underwear. You are allowed to bring sunglasses, hats, and belts. If you do not follow the dress code you could risk being denied entry to the theme park. You can NOT bring glass containers i.e. perfumes/cologne or open water bottles (includes bottles such as Stanley). You can bring a sealed plastic water bottle. 

You can not bring any weapons (including pepper spray, scissors, and tasers). This includes anything that can be used as a weapon such as chains or spiked collars. Alcohol, illegal drugs, cigarettes, vapes, tobacco are not allowed. All unauthorized items will be confiscated by security and could possibly lead to police being called. 

Remember these restrictions aren’t to ruin your experience during grad bash, but to keep you safe. Remember to stay safe, be on your best behavior, and to enjoy your last school field trip!
