Maya Frishman born on February 20th, 2008 is currently a senior at West Boca. However this is her 1st year being a reporter for The Bullseye!! Maya is very involved in school as she is the Co- president for the dance academy and is a part of the digital design academy as well.
She is originally from New York and moved to Boca when she was only 3 years old. Maya has a family of four and has one brother who is two years younger than her. To add to her family she also has one very cute dog named Stella! Maya joined The Bullseye because she wants to become a better writer before college and has a great interest in the aspects of social media. Social media has always been her favorite to scroll through and pass time. Now Maya has the chance to be involved with social media posts, articles, photography etc. Maya also has the chance now to improve her writing skills. Writing multiple articles for The Bullseye this year will help her advance before going into college. On the topic of college, she wants to attend either FSU or TSC. In the future, she wants to work with children and major in early education since something she truly admires is spending time with kids and babysitting.
Another thing that Maya truly admires is her family and friends, since they are the one thing that makes her smile. Maya is happiest when she is on the beautiful Panhandle in Florida with its beautiful views and amazing waves. She likes to spend the 4th of July there since it is her favorite holiday. She enjoys it because she gets to spend time with her family and friends, have American pride, and eat yummy food! She can’t wait for the next 4th of July. However, she is excited to see what this school year has in store and create many memories along with it!
