The Italian department is opening the doors to Italy with two unforgettable programs!
The Sister School Program is connecting West Boca Students with Giovanni da Castiglione High School in Castiglion Fiorentino,in Tuscany, Italy. This September 19th Italian students will join us for a week, sharing our classes, families who will host them from our school and daily activities for a week; living the American culture to the fullest while practicing their English! They’ll take excursion trips to Miami and West Palm Beach to explore Florida scenarios. Then, in March 2026, it will be our turn: West Boca Students can travel to Italy during spring break. Staying with host families hosted by the Italian students’ families. They will go to school at Liceo Castiglione, and live the Italian language and culture daily.
The Study Abroad Program in partnership with SAA Italy, takes place in the summer in Jesi, in the beautiful Marche region. Students can choose a 2 week or 4 week stay, studying Italian on campus and traveling to breathtaking places like Rome, Venice, Naples, Florence, and more.
It will be more than a trip, it will be an adventure for life, an opportunity to immerse yourself in the language, culture and friendships.
