Last week, we played the Bergen Catholic High School football team, who traveled all the way from New Jersey. This game was a chance to improve our rankings, so even though we lost, our wonderful football team was able to gain experience and meet new people. Going into this game, our theme was Western. Our amazing students showed up dressed and ready to cheer on our team. This game was filled with highs and lows. The first quarter started out as 0-0, the second 7-7, followed by 7-0 in the third quarter, and 21-14 in the final quarter. Our football team did not disappoint, though; they had many good moments tackling the other team and stopping them from scoring a touchdown.
Our amazing water girls were there supporting the players, not only providing water, but also maintaining organization during this hectic game. The girls were always ready for each water break and willing to help out the coaches and players with whatever they needed. During halftime, the girls continued their work and made sure everything was ready for the final two quarters.
Overall, everyone made it a team effort to try their best during the game. Making this game, playing a very high-ranked team an interesting one. This week, our Boca Bulls will be traveling to Seminole Ridge High School. Tickets can be purchased on GoFan.com or the GoFan app! Show up and support our amazing varsity football! Although we couldn’t quite catch the Bergen Crusaders, this game was still a win!
