Hello, West Boca High Schoolers! Welcome the new freshman volleyball team! The volleyball program has become so strong that West Boca Raton decided to make a new team for freshmen students, which gives players an opportunity to work more on their techniques and their passion for volleyball! As part of the team, we value teamwork, positivity, and hard work. We, as players, want people to see our dedication to the team!

A positive mindset is what is needed; it keeps the team’s, spirit elevated. Each good pass or each good hit brings an avalanche of victories to the team. Our Head Coach, Sam is a dedicated coach who is inspiring many players like myself to keep improving in the sport we devote ourselves to. All players need a coach who is willing to help them, not just on volleyball strategies or techniques, but mentally prepare them for challenges they might face in life as well. Coach Jenna is the Head Coach of the JV team, but has assisted us and spent time with our team. We want to appreciate our coaches for spending their time and effort helping volleyball players to be better every day!  

We, the freshman team, had our second game! The freshman volleyball team is encouraging you to come and support us at our upcoming games! The next game is on September 15th, at West Boca, from 5 pm to 7 pm. We are going to be playing against Spanish River, Boca High, and Olympic Heights’ freshman teams. Please come support us. Your presence means so much for our team spirit!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say how blessed I am to be part of the freshman team and am forever grateful for the West Boca volleyball program, so, players like myself can improve and sharpen their skills and make you proud!
