Paola Orellana- My favorite holiday is Christmas!

What is your favorite part of the holiday season? 

Paola Orellana- My favorite parts of the holiday season are the weather change and the joy shared. Everyone is in an upbeat mood and excited for upcoming events. 

Antonio Alcima- My favorite part of the holiday season is the weather change.  

Ashley Zukerman- My favorite part of the holiday season is the change in style. Even though we don’t experience a big weather change it’s still a nice thing to look forward to.

Aliyah Raza- My favorite part of the holiday season is spending time with my family and close friends.

Allen Uszinay- My favorite part of the holiday season is the time off we get to spend with family and absorb the holidays. 

What is a holiday tradition of yours?

Paola Orellana– A holiday tradition of mine is setting up the Christmas tree with my family while listening to Christmas music. 

Antonio Alcima- A holiday tradition of mine is eating Haitian macaroni au gratin every Thanksgiving. 

Ashley Zukerman- A holiday tradition of mine is baking holiday cookies with my friends and family.

Aliyah Raza- My favorite holiday tradition is spending Christmas in the Colorado mountains.

Allen Uszinay- A holiday tradition of mine is light Hanukkah candles with my loved ones. 

What is your favorite holiday activity? 

Paola Orellana- My favorite holiday activity is shopping for my loved ones. Even though my wallet is definitely not as joyous as I, it’s something I very much enjoy. 

Antonio Alcima- My favorite holiday activity is setting up the Christmas tree with friends and family. 

Ashley Zukerman- My favorite holiday activity would be going to pumpkin patches and carving pumpkins.

Allen Uszinay- My favorite holiday activity is having my whole family home to spend time with. 

Aliyah Raza- My favorite holiday activity is Secret Santa with my best friends. 

What is your favorite holiday treat?

Paola Orellana- My favorite holiday treat is the holiday drinks on the Starbucks menu. My personal favorites are the gingerbread and white chocolate mocha frappuccinos. 

Antonio Alcima- My favorite holiday treat is candy canes; especially the sour patch flavor. 

Ashley Zukerman- My favorite holiday treat would have to be the holiday addition items on the Starbucks menu.

Allen Uszinay– My favorite holiday treat is Jelly donuts my family makes over the holidays. 

Aliyah Raza- My favorite holiday treat is peppermint bark. 

What is your favorite holiday movie? 

Paola Orellana- Ever since I was a kid my favorite movie has been a close call between A Christmas Story and Elf. A Christmas Story is a classic and my family even has our own leg lamp. However, Elf is a very comedic selection which never fails to make me laugh. 

Antonio Alcima-My favorite holiday movie is Home Alone! 

Ashley Zukerman- My favorite holiday movie is Holidate.
