Bowlers Beware

Bowlers Beware

Sofia Sierra, Reporter

West Boca’s Bowling team is striking up the competition. Now heading to County Tournaments, they have had quite the season. The boys team rank #3 overall and the girls team rank #4 out of the other 9 schools competing. The teams are filled with players ranging from beginners to pro-bowlers, all who go out and give it their all. Each and every one of them strives for 300, which has been achieved by Nathan Bray so far.

For our Girls roster, we have:

Grace Grimm (Junior)

Ella Prince (Junior)

Angelica Blimegger (Sophomore)

Angelina Marino (Junior)

Sophia Nolasco (Junior)

Olivia Hand (Junior)

Stephanie Jaro (Junior)

Nicole Jacobson (Sophomore)

Luiza Demetrio (Junior)

For our boys team:

Noah Seskin (Junior)

Myles Rafael (Sophomore)

Cole DiLorenzo (Junior)

Giancarlo Sierra (Senior!)

Francis Galarza (Junior)

Nathan Bray (Sophomore)

After visiting their past game on Thursday, the support is off the charts. Even after suffering a loss from the Boca High Bobcats, Mr. Breslow is confident that the Bowling Bulls are headed straight for States this year. All of the West Boca parents are excited for what’s to come, especially Mr. and Mrs. Bray, who knows that the students will go far!

The Bulls take home the victory with wins in all four matches against Olympic Heights on Monday October 10th. We will be seeing them next at County Tournaments!

County Tournaments will take place October 17th and October 18th at Greenacres Bowl @ 3:30pm.

Districts will then follow October 24th at Bowlero Boca @ 8am.

Matches for State Tournaments will soon be released, hopefully with some wins. That’s just how the Bulls roll.
