Last Friday, December 5th, after a tough game against Armwood High School, our Bulls managed to fight and win the game 14-13! This game was crucial because it determined if we would be going back to the 305 again.
Last week’s game started by heading up to Tampa and stopping about an hour away to train at the D1 athletic facility, where the football players were able to prepare and strength train before the game. After that, the team had an early dinner, and the team moms made sure everyone had enough food and were on top of everything. Finally, arriving at Armwood around 5:30/6pm, the team practiced and warmed up to prepare for the 7:30 game.
The game started 7-0 with the Bulls in the lead, followed by Armwood taking the lead by 13 for most of the game. Overall, the football team managed to pull it together and, with the help of Javian Mallory, scored a touchdown to tie the game. This was followed by Tristan Lamb earning the extra point. With less than a minute left, Armwood tried to get a field goal. However, they did not make it. Ending the game 14-13 with another amazing Bulls win! - You will need to purchase a ticket on GoFan
- If you want to take the bus, you need to fill out this Google form Fan Bus Sign Up – Football State Championship
- Bus registration will close on Wednesday at 3PM, and no late additions will be permitted. (Check the email sent out by Ms.Ostrow)
