The hit show ‘Euphoria’ is coming back! After its long awaited release, the 3rd season was announced years later. For those who may not know, Euphoria is a hit HBO drama show based on Rue Bennett (played by Zendaya), 17, alongside her friends and fellow high schoolers, navigating high school, love, trauma, and relapsing after her stay in rehab. A lot of the themes produced on the show are very serious themes but that’s a reason why teens and young adults have become so obsessed with it. The show diving into deep themes that may be uncomfortable to talk about and help people relate their feelings is why it has become so popular in these past few years. The show originally debuted on HBO on June 16, 2019 and its second season debuted on January 9, 2022 an almost 3 year span between the two seasons and another over 4 years with the new third season coming out on Sunday, April 12, 2026. The third season will include 8 episodes that premiere weekly with a major 5 year time jump in which watchers are given a view into the adult lives of the characters, which you can see on the trailer that was released on YouTube. The reason for this over 4 year long hiatus is primarily due to the industry-wide writers’ and actors’ strikes in 2023. Also due to the death of the actor Angus Cloud who played the character of ‘Fezco’, called for a script rewrite. Also, due to the high demand for actors such as Zendaya, Sydney Sweeny, Jacob Elordi, and even the show’s own creator Sam Levison who decided to place a main focus on his other show ‘The Idol’ also caused a push-back in production. But after the long-awaited hiatus we are guaranteed a release date and the show will be able to be exclusively streamed on HBO Max April 12th, 2026! I definitely recommend you go check it out!

Hey Bulls! It’s your Co-Editor in Chief Jenna Liotta! A little bit about me: I’m a senior and this is my second year of being a part of The Bullseye. I originally joined to learn how to write better and be able to write about things I was interested in while learning how to run our social media, but now I can’t imagine my life without it. I’m a ballet dancer and I’m one of the Key Club and Dress to Impact Club co-presidents, along with being the vice president of the Financial Freedom Club! I’m so incredibly excited for what this year has to hold. Let’s go, Bulls!
