Girls Golf is on a Roll

Girls+Golf+is+on+a+Roll

West Boca Girls Golf had two successful wins on Tuesday, September 12th, at Boca Country Club.  The girls played against Olympic Heights and Boca High.  As of now, they have won 3 out of their 4 matches.  Next, they will play Atlantic in Delray on Tuesday.

Coach Bonina says “West Boca Girls played two teams in one day (also referred to as a tri-match) and ended up beating both teams. Madison led us with a 36 and CJ with a 37.  This is just one over-par!  Based on how the girls are playing I have full confidence that our girls will advance this year”

Co-captain Rebecca Kittay said “We played well yesterday.  I am so happy that we got to play both schools and win against them.  We need to keep our heads in the game for the rest of the season.  District competition is approaching soon, and we need to pull our best in the next matches, and even more when districts hit.  We are playing really well this season and I am so happy to see what else we have to offer.”

Co-captain Madison Lowenstein said “I thought everyone played their hardest and it was a good match overall.  Although this match showed a lot of improvement, there is still a lot that needs work.”

Good job Bulls, and good luck on your next match!
