Introducing Connor Hadel, our new Stagecraft and TV production teacher. Mr. Hadel grew up in New York on Long Island, and eventually decided to move to Florida continuing his academic studies at FAU. His main studies involved a lot of Technology, hence why he runs our TV Production program. He chose this field because of his sister, who was in drama in high school where he then found his love for technology.

So far, Mr. Hadel is enjoying the West Boca experience.  The staff have been friendly and welcoming along with his students.  This is the first school he has taught in.  Before working at West Boca he served as the audio and visual lead for the Palm Beach School District, maintaining all the theater and the sound systems for the entire district.  He is not sure if he chose West Boca or if West Boca chose him!

Mr. Hadel has two shih tzu’s which he loves and adores.  He enjoys watching the Rangers (hockey) and the Giants (football).  His favorite musical is The Lion King, and according to him, “idolizes Back to the Future, the musical”. The Bullseye asked Mr. Hadel If he were to get stranded on an island what would he bring; here is the response: “If I were to get stranded on an island I would bring a pillow, a phone to escape the island, food, specifically potato chips, a map of the island, and a boat.

Mr. Hadel is very introverted, But don’t hesitate to welcome him and say a quick hello! And don’t forget, Mr. Hadel is the reason we have the weather section on our announcements!

Hi! My name is Annika Billinger. I'm a senior and this is my very first year on The Bullseye. My interest in joining The Bullseye was my love for writing. I enjoy playing music and sports in my free time too. I'm a part of the West Boca band and am on the West Boca swim team. I love to travel. I've been to 10 countries. Some places my family and I have traveled to are Peru, China, Colombia, Paris, Sweden, and many more. When I'm older, I aspire to be a forensic psychologist.
